CMFC Club Room Meetings

If you are thinking of taking up model flying, or already fly, and want to join the club please come along to one of our monthly club meetings. They are informal affairs and everyone will receive a warm welcome.

For anyone just starting out do take advantage of the wealth of experience available. With such a huge choice of model types and radio gear on the market it can be difficult to know which to choose. Our members can give advice on buying, building and setting a model up. When the big day arrives to launch your new pride and joy into the wild blue yonder we have skilled instructors who can teach you how to get it down again in one piece.

How to get there

The meeting room is situated on the outskirts of Chester in the Waverton Village Hall.

From the Chester Boughton Sainsbury roundabout take the A41 to Whitchurch. Drive for about 1.5 miles then turn left, just after the Shell garage, signposted to Huxley/Hargrave/Waverton. After a short distance, go straight over the crossroads and the Village Hall is next to the School on the left.
